All orders are processed and shipped from our Hanapepe location within one to two business days of the order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. Please note that Saturday deliveries at this time can not be offered.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.
Blu Umi is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.
We ship with the United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. Orders that total more than $500 will require adult signature for delivery.
In Store Returns
Returns will be honored within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.
Web Store Returns
We understand the need to try on clothing. To allow for this, General Store will issue refunds on clothing items that are received back to us within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. Please follow the return procedure, listed below.
Due to their delicate nature, all of our vintage goods are final sale.
All Other Items
We do not offer refunds on all other items. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
All returns must be approved by Blu Umi. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included in your return package
